Hello to everyone! Ive been a little bit around for a while now again, which is really refreshing. (Sad to see the forum is a bit empty but i guess thats understandable) I finally can say that i feel REALLY GOOD again. It has been a while, and i will not abandon therapy at all tho, but i must say this really helped and i couldnt ask for anything better. A lot of different approaches have been taken into account, some helped more than others but holy crap Therapy is a holy grail. I just want to thank those who believed i can better myself. Im still far from how i want to feel - but i am much closer than years ago. Thanks for reading!
I'm glad you're feeling better and that therapy is going well. Therepy needs to be less stigmatized, and made more affordable around the world so that people can receive the help they need.
I second, third, and fourth that. We've made some good progress in terms of mental health awareness in the world, but we still have a long ways to go. Really glad therapy has helped you to feel good about yourself again, Pat. Your resiliency and dedication to bettering yourself is awesome and inspiring!
