Welcome! Do you know how to make graphics? Well, then you're in the right place! I'm making a contest and everyone is eligable to participate on it.
there's a list of a few rules tho:

• NO ripping.
• You may submit any kind of graphic, as long as it isn't bigger than 515x515.
• You may submit any graphic, meaning of any date it was created. As long as it follows the other rules.
• Graphic must have your name on it.

The Tournament will be (Max. people who can enter the contest: 10) The winner will be decided by 3 judges, and they will be priced in the following order:

1)First prize: an avatar and a signature made by me or any other judge.

2)Second prize: an avatar(animated)

3)Third prize:a regular avatar (non animated)

Other Comments: I made this for the new art company i'm starting up. I took out the stuff that was on it (this was originally for a layout coming for CedarTouch). CedarTouch is just the name of the art company. The C with the T connected to the end is simply the company logo (if you get confused). I was basically going for a very weird look...I wanted people to be confused...yet look realistic...so you have buildings built the wrong way (EEFactor buildings of course, hehe), and a contrast between the calm peace of the Cedar Tree (right side) to the always changing and bustling populated area (left side).
