I've heard great things about the first one.
So I may have to watch that one, then see this when it's released.

Ain't this supposed to be in Kickback?

First one's a classic, have it on DVD and such. Actually the only View Askew movie I don't have on DVD is JASBSB. I may see this one.

God, I cannot wait for this movie. I'm usually not a fan of the whole "pointless dick-and-fart joke" movies, but Clerks (and a lot of Smith's other films) some how appeal to me. What impresses me the most is the eight-minute standing ovation this film got at the Cannes Film Festival. I'm assuming that means that this is going to be a really good movie... Here's to hoping it's not a whole bunch of hoopla. I'll be seeing it the day it opens, for sure.

Yah I have been waiting for this movie for a while. I saw Kevin Smith on his Q&A tour back in February and just the stuff he said about the made it sound like a wicked ass movie. Apparently they stayed in a motel accross the street form where they were shooting and Mewes pretty much mad his room his new home, said he jsut got so attached to the place and was sad when they had to leave. Smith said he actually shed a tear.
