It's either Chester, or my eyes are playing some real tricks on me.

 

He looks like Renard from The World Is Not Enough.

 

It looked more like him in the 1st picture...I wonder..

 

Hmm, you can see the little black plugs, so it could be. Just have to wait and find out *scratches chin*.

That's Chester in Julien-K's video for "Kick the Bass." I believe The LP Times has those pictures as well, but I'm too lazy to check.

yea, chester and his wife were in julien-k's Kick the Bass video.....

which is really cool.

chester looks really different though.
