Chester Bennington will be playing at tonight's (September 10th) concert titled 'ReAct Now: Music & Relief Concert'. This commercial-free broadcast will be staged over several locations and broadcasted simultaneously on: MTV, VH1, CMT, MTV2, VH1 Classic, mtvU, and MTV Overdrive & VSpot.

Bennington will be premiering an acoustic song from his new album, featuring Amir Derakh and will also have a guest appearance with Motley Crue, performing 'Home Sweet Home'. However, other artists include Staind, Green Day, Common, Alicia Keys, Usher, Dave Matthews Band, The Rolling Stones, Kanye West, 3 Doors Down, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Kid Rock, Motley Crue, Dashboard Confessional, Goo Goo Dolls, Audioslave, John Mayer, Maroon 5, and more.

The concert begins 8pm ET/PT. All proceeds will go towards organizations that are aiding the hurricane disaster relief, including the American Red Cross, America’s Second Harvest, and the Salvation Army.

Thanks GiriosXeni, ~ immortal soul ~, and Moses!

I'll die of happiness if he performs with Green Day. It won't happen though.

Can't wait to see his solo performance! ^_^

Is this on in the UK? I hope so. Staind are probably the likely candidate, maybe Crawling could be a possibility, but who knows. It could be anything with anyone.

I have a feeling that the other artist will be DJ Z-trip. Maybe they'll perform "Walking Dead."

Somehow I think that this song wouldn't be appropriate based on the title.

Didn't Motley Crue do "If I Die Tommorrow"? If so that's amazing.

Someone get their TV tuners ready or whatever to record this. We want mp3s!

Yeah, Tommy Lee was the former drummer for them. I just had to make sure I was thinking of the right band.

I'm recording this by tiVo. Too bad I cant get a direct rip from there, perhaps I could aim a mic by my TV speaker, but I wouldn't be able to guarantee that it'd sound good.

If it's being aired on television it shouldn't be hard to rip it. It can be done directly from your PC or even recorded on DVD and then ripped onto a PC. Either way, I think it's safe to say we'll have this by tomorrow.
