    ...you do realize that the other people shot already alleged that Cassidy was the killer? It's not like O.J. when no one saw him knew it, but everyone knew he did. I'm willing to bet you he pleads guilty or at least admits to the murder.

    And what's your point?

    Because I have already formulated an opinion on him being innocent or guilty means that he's not? Please. You can keep your "innocent until proven guilty" crap. The courts may abide by it, but I don't.

    If I go outside and see a person throw a hammer at another person's skull and that person dies, I'm saying their guilty. You can wait on a court yourself. ;)
