    We're basically just trying to figure out how anybody can defend a site that so blatantly hurts the band, and steals their hard work. We don't have a problem against Russia, Russia is a beautiful country with great culture, and despite the joke above (a common joke on the internet btw) we have no issues with Russian LP fans. In fact we invite them all to come here.

    We will however, not promote LPRussia. They aren't anything more than a bunch of thieves with no regard nor respect for anybody but themselves. They know enough English to basically tell us to kiss their ass, and yet when Warner writes them to ask them to take down the illegally hosted material they pull a "I'm sorry I don't understand". They know exactly what's being said, it's just there isn't really a branch of Warner over in Russia that can take these people to court or sue them for every penny they have.

    It that does happen one day however, I will cheer. Copyrights are there for a reason, just sadly some people feel that they don't need to abide by them.

    Again, let's put it on the record right now: LPA loves Russia people, the country of Russia and it's wonderful, unique and diverse culture. LPA however does not love LPRussia, or any fansite that blatantly steals from the band.

    I'm pretty sure there's some sort of 'rule of thumb' here that you should type correctly if you want to be taken seriously on this forum.

    u = You
    r = Are
    o = Oh

    etc...

    Sorry....or maybe not.

    Me likie more with every listen! Mike role in the track is an interesting choice for him. People were commenting on some site that it would be nice to hear a solo album by just him - i don't see it happening, but it would be peculiar to hear just his and only his work on all levels in songs. He just doesn't want to go it alone, cuz its way too fun and better to enjoy the ride with friends and new peeps. Cheers to the collab and heres hoping we see more of cypress and mike in the future whether they decide to tour with them or perhaps another track will pop up down the road.

    God bless Russians for their piracy skills. :)

    Let me explain my point of view on this matter.

    Back in 2001/02 if it hadn't been for their and similar sites hosting free LP music, I probably would've never got into the band that much nor buy any of their CDs.
    I know that people in the rich western countries can't really understand it, but that's how things world in relatively poor eastern Europe.
    I bought my first Linkin Park CD in 2005 and until then I was just listening to the free music I downloaded. And after that I bought a couple more LP CDs, so it's safe to say that sites offering free illegal music made me love LP more give my money to them. And that's why neither the band nor Warner shouldn't complain, because this way they still get some money from people in poor countries, and without illegal music they they would get nothing and most of the people wouldn't even know about their music.
