I don't give a fuck what anyone says, Call Me Maybe was a fucking great song. So was Good Time, most of the songs on that album, and this new single is pretty rad too.
I"m not going to judge you. I'm just going to say that I think I liked one word in the lyrics.... I wonder if she'll turn whorish like the other young girls her age do these days. She's not all that bad.
"Call Me Maybe" was solid, and "I Really Like You" is alright but I don't really like it much. I'm looking forward to her song(s) with Dev Hynes.
This song is ok. It's catchy as hell. Kinda has a New Wave vibe. I'm gonna need other singles for proper judgment, but so far it's ok. I don't know. I haven't seen a great follow-up from Psy after "Gangnam Style". "Gentleman" and "Hangover" don't do it for me.
She's got the ageless gene. She must be related to Pharrell and Keanu Reeves. She's cute as hell too, though that goes without saying. And the music that she makes is good (in my opinion).
I really (really, really, really, really, really) like this song. Wow. Way to shame people for their sexuality, man. There's absolutely nothing wrong with promiscuity as long as people are safe about it.
Those lyrics must've taken years of experience and insightfulness to write The song is harmlessly fun through. I'm not going to start a big debate here - but isn't it alright to judge people by their ACTIONS? I am not saying promiscuity is bad or anything but people are entitled to have their own opinion about such things.
I really like this video.
Saw this thread name, first thing I said was "wtf is wrong with the guys of LPA...." but to be fair, this new single is kind of catchy. Definitely prefer it over Call Me Maybe. I'm okay with Good Time because I enjoy Owl City. Still, not bad I suppose. Wouldn't say I really really really really really really like it tho Also, Tom Hanks is a plus.
You're perfectly within your right to have an opinion. Just like Jesse's within his right to judge you for it. Moving along. I like the video a lot. It reminds me of Christopher Walken on Fatboy Slim's single Weapon of Choice.
The thing I don't like about the video is that Hanks seems so uninspired and looks like he really doesn't want to be there, at all. Lip syncing is pretty awful as well. As an idea I love the video.
