    Anyone else crack up at the little kid running around with the lion mask? I mean, you have this really somber video with select people looking distraught or abstracted, but then there's some random kid playing Big Cat Diary, looking happy as shit.

    Agreed. It's not Joe's most groundbreaking video, but it's really good when put in context.

    It was okay. The video finally became good to watch once the bomb went off. But everything before that wants to put me to sleep, I actually almost turned it off for thinking it was fake. The tone of the music is so much faster then the slow motion people. And it got boring watching depressed people going in slow motion across the screen. I think it was a pretty bad video and wont do well at all on the video charts. The beginning was like watching a shitty basic music video that all other artist make.

    i kind of look at is as WFTE, BITS then catalyst. the bomb didn't look like an atomic bomb... it looked odd. but w/e. WFTE's video had something to do with mans struggle with technology.. BITS could be the result of that struggle whereas Catalyst is the aftermath.

    the only thing i like about BITS video is the idea of "what would you be doing in your last moments?" it's weird though because the people watching the tv, look at the father looking figure. his face looks distraught.. as if the impending doom is known.. yet this little kid is by himself. perhaps the lil cat kid is that guy's kid and he decided to let the kid have a last hurrah?

    Maybe the dad represents a modern day Oppenheimer? Maybe he helped develop the bomb that went off? That could be a reach though.

    Because it's a European only release and thus not as big of a deal as a worldwide release?

    could be something like that as he seems to be the only one truly reacting to whatever they're watching. everyone else seems blank.

    It reminded me of a video I watched on Youtube about Hiroshima. Someone made a documentary about the bomb impact. I'd post the link but I don't want to violate any rules for posting a link.
