    I get a feeling that this album wasn't a big challenge for them. They just kept the ATS creative energy rolling resulting in this album. The folky/electronic bit has me intrigued.

    What I feel is that this is going to be a very fast paced album, and that's why they keep on referencing the mix of "old and new". I think the old energy is coming back, but the atmosphere, electronics and texture of A Thousand Suns is still there. That's how I'm perceiving these comments, and honestly...if I'm even half correct, I'm gonna love this album.

    Loved the tiny interview with Chester, everything is starting to fall into place!

    And wow at the fact on how MTV was down there at the set yesterday, they sure now know what they're trying to do for the video and stuff.

    Wait, I could have swore I read somewhere that it was removed from All Access because the single name wasn't confirmed? It obviously wasn't anything to do with the info being posted prematurely and Warner wanting to reveal the track name in their own way, yeah that couldn't have been it. Oh well, I'm off to go and listen to the first single off The Catalyst, A Thousand suns is an awesome track. :kappa:

    This is what I've been thinking since the Kerrang interview. MTM and ATS were definitely steps in the right direction, but they needed a little more oomph.

    i guess u right, same thoughts here, I think the energy, the anger and pain from the lyrics are coming back but it will keeps its electric modern sound what we heard at ATS, hopefully we are correct, and im gonna love it too :dino: (I have to use this once)

    I think its challenging for the band because they are now mixing the old and new ideas... even if ATS atmosphere is still there, the creative process is still at the frontseat... :)

    I hope it doesn't sound like ATS, I thought the album would sound way different, like back to the rock roots, I guess I was wrong.

    Intriguing background in that little video. The background looks like it's a sci-fi setting and reminded me of Aliens or something similar to that. I don't like this releasing bits and pieces of the song. I wish they would do other things like more LPTV's, puzzles, and other cool things. I will try my best to avoid listening to bits of the song.
