    And, just to be a little fair, everyone sounds terrible when the recording quality is that bad.

    Everyone will give Britney shit for this, what I really hope everyone sees is how so many artists make their careers off of Autotune.

    It's honestly not the worst thing. If you listen to it, when she aims for lower notes she struggles with her pitch (understandably) - otherwise, she was hitting most notes. Some people were saying that this was a warm-up track versus an actual take, but it's hard to say for sure. Either way, pretty interesting stuff.

    I don't know why she auto-tuned this. It's such an easy song to sing. It's not like it's got a ridiculous vocal range! :lol:

    She was so hot back in 2003.

    To be fair, when she performed back in the day she was shakin' what she had pretty hard. But this? I can't imagine how a 'professional' such as herself could sound so bad in the studio after 15 + years in the business. From my recollection she was a pretty good singer as a child.

    I don't think she really tried. She would have done better if she put more effort into it. I heard that you have to actually sound bad for Auto Tune to do anything, so maybe she intentionally sounded bad for this reason.
