As revealed in the LP.com chat with Chester Bennington, the next single off of Meteora is "Breaking The Habit." The video will be shot in December.

Thanks to Omar A for the info.

    I'm so happy (w00t)

I think BTH will be as huge as In The End.

BTW Will, I like the title you put up "Breaking The Single"

Wow. Why did they make it hte new single? I don't get it. I thought it was too personal to be a single. Anyways, its a cool song but its just weird that they would choose that one.

It is personal, but Warner couldn't give a crap about it's artists and forces them around to put more cash in the big executives' pockets. How annoying.

im really dissapointed, although this is an amazing song, i really feel for mike here, how would you like it if you worked so hard on a song, and it was very personal to you, to have your label force you to release it against your wish's, damm

i know i said i was really happy, i was blinded by my emotions, but now that i think about, i feel really bad, WB shouldn't done this, they can't force them to release a song such a personl as that song is, i just want to know how feels mike about this decision

This is probably a stupid question...but why is BTH so personal? I mean I understand based on the lyrical content, but from what i've heard it goes deeper than that...whats the meaning behind the song i guess is what im trying to say...I feel dumb...I feel bad for mike tho. :wth:

 K i feel bad now i was excited at first but you guys make a good point, they never wanted this for a single and now the label is forcing them i think that is really awful.

Breaking the Habit is a great song and will make an awesome single although I feel bad that the band has been forced against their will to use this song when Mike didn't even want it. Let's hope it doesn't become of those songs that wear off people after a while because it's too "overplayed" on radio stations - BTH deserves a lot more than that.

      .

Ouch, if there was something I didn't wait for, that was BTH as a single... A big surpirse, but not really a good one as it is something Mike didn't want... But I like the song :D .
