I recently got Borderlands 2 and am having a blast A lot of fun. BIG improvement over the first game. Especially since all the dialogue is now voice acted when you accept or turn in a quest as opposed to just text on the screen with no dialogue. Anyone here ever play Borderlands?
Just finished #1 and like you said in the last game beat thread the ending sucked otherwise it was practically perfect. So I'm excited to see what 2 is like.
I haven't beat it yet but it is definitely a lot better. It's a lot more difficult though. The guns and environments are more varied, and it has a better story.
Word is that there's more guns. This can't be true. Is it in fact true. Cause I can't even imagine lol
The first Borderlands is probably one of my favorite games ever. And I agree with the majority that the ending was anticlimactic, so I'm hoping that isn't the case with 2. That's great to hear about the voice acting. What other improvements are there? I heard the NPCs actually walk around towns now.
Yeh, they do. The story is alot better though. You actually care about what is happening. Still haven't beaten it yet. Lots to do
Cool. I've heard some of Handsome Jack's dialogue, he sounds hilarious, albeit a dick. Who are you playing through as?
My main playthrough is with the Gunzerker. I'm level 32 with him. I'm level 8 with Maya(The Siren) and level 7 with Gaige(The Mechromancer)
Woahhhhhh 32!? That's dedication. I think I'm barely at that level with my Siren from the first game! XD Gaige looks really fun to play as, though I'd have to do my first playthrough with Zer0 once I can afford my copy. DAT SWORD.
