How many copies has LT sold worldwide now?Ignite told 995000 but from where does he gets that information? It would be great of you if you let me know about it.
You can follow @chartnews on Twitter. It says that the worldwide sales till now are 1,068,000 (In 7 weeks) And @Philsfan, I don't think BID was the #1 Rock song last week. Wasn't it Some Nights? Sorry if I'm mistaken.
Nope, it was #1 last week. "Some Nights" never made it to #1. It was once again replaced by Green Day's "Oh Love".
I love how LP are the only artist who have at least one song from each album to reach #1 on Alternative Songs. Also, Some Nights is a freaking awesome song.
Sorry for the late reply, I lost my internet connection for the last 7 days I got it from mediatraffic, or if you want more accurate numbers (nearest hundreds) you can try musiccharts.net. Musiccharts counts some countries that Mediatraffic doesn't, and vice versa. "The Catalyst" peaked higher in the Hot 100, though and lasted more weeks in the Alternative Songs chart. "The Catalyst" peaked at #27 while BID peaked at #30, but Catalyst quickly fell off the chart and BID is still stuck in the 50s. So yeah, it's doing well.
In other countries, yes, but in the US, it doubt it. It took a year for WFTE and Catalyst to get Gold.
In Germany, Burn It Down is the most successful LP single, peaking at #2. In Switzerland, it's the first LP single to get gold. In France, it's the first LP single in charts since 2007. In Spain, it's the first LP single to chart since Numb/Encore. It's also the third LP single to chart in Denmark, after In the End and Numb/Encore.
