    The following list contains the chart placements for "Meteora" and "Faint" for the week of September 5th - September 11th;

    <div align=center>
    Billboard Top 100 Albums Charts
    "Meteora" - #12 (Last Week - #17)
    Billboard Modern Rock Charts
    "Faint" - #2 (Last Week - #1)
    Billboard Mainstream Rock Charts
    "Faint" - #3 (Last Week - #3)
    </div>

    "Meteora" jumped five spots to #12 after two weeks stalled at #17. It was one of the biggest album sale gainers of the week. "Faint" was toppled from it's #1 reign over the Modern Rock Charts after six weeks occupying the top spot. The single fell one spot to #2. "Faint" also froze at #3 in it's fourteenth week on the Mainstream Rock Charts.

    Nice progress :D . Numb must have helped a bit, because it's rare an album on the charts for a while goes up 5 positions... And for Faint, it's predictable, it stayed no.1 for a while... one second you're on top, the next you're not... lol

    "Numb" isn't released to radios until the 15th of September, so that didn't boost anything. Meteora has jumped 5 spots about a half dozen times since the album release, so that's not uncommon.

    if you dont know who's #1 at the Modern and Mainstream...Staind has it with "So Far Away"...

    Sorry to gather this info up, but it reminded me of a time when Somewhere I Belong did that (but they had a #1 album as well, so ha! to Staind)
