My vote goes to AP, but Revolver is a close runner-up...

Also, I'm sorry for lack of European mags, but I just don't know many...

    Edit: I spelled 'Alternative' wrong....oops.

I don't know if you would call it a rock magazine but I love Spin. I have been getting it for a long time and I love it. I like AP occasionally. They do some good interviews.

    Fixed. :)

Kerrang reviewers/interviewers hate Linkin Park, yet they have all these specials and contests about them, how hypocritical.

Metal Hammer is awesome. And Metal Edge. And Guitar Mag. And Guitar World. I find out about alot of my bands by just glancing through them at the drug store.

Hit Parader looks really tacky and I find their articles aren't done well though. I've never read Revolver. My vote goes to Metal Edge.

    Thank you Mark! *hugs*

Kerrang! I've never read, so I don't know anything about that.

Metal Hammer and Metal Edge I've picked up a few times, but I don't listen to a ton of metal so I don't read them often.

I also like Guitar World & Guitar Mag., but I figured if I did them I'd have to do all the big bass & drum magazines as well and there wasn't room :)

Hit Parader (they have Disturbed and Godsmack in every friggin' issue), I agree is quite tacky, but they have good pinups. Same goes for Circus.

Revolver is pretty good, they tend to cover a pretty wide range of rock...the only thing that bugs me is the "revolver girl" they put in each issue...maybe if I were a guy (or gay) I wouldn't mind that, but it sorta annoys me.

AP, although slightly biased in their reviews, I like because they put a lot of kick ### bands on their covers and the articles are usually really well written and fun to read.

Revolver. I don't think I've ever seen Metal Edge give anything a bad review...and Circus and Hit Parader are the metal versions of Tiger Beat.

Although I haven't read any in a while, I like Revolver the most. Alternative Press is good, too, though.
