Dodgeball Starsky & Hutch Team America: World Police Metallica: Some Kind of Monster I was in it for comedies this year. I didn't like too many of the serious movies that came out.
I thought we had another one of these, but I can't find it. *shrugs* I'll just rate the movies I saw in order. 1. The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou 2. Garden State 3. The Terminal 4. The Village 5. Meet The Fockers 6. Collateral 7. The Aviator 8. Open Water I probably saw a few more, but can't remember too far back. Everything here is decent, save for Open Water. Atrociously bad flick. Whoever said it was right, comedies did well this year, especially that idiotic film Shrek. Sorry, I hated the first, I didn't bother to see the second.
Team America Meet the Fockers Anchorman I don't think I saw any good serious movies in theaters this year...
The Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King was easily the best movie of 2004. "But, wait, Will!" you exclaim. "That movie was released in 2003!" Yes, it was, but it was released at the end of 2003 - thus making it eligible for all the 2004 awards.
1. Lord of the Rings//Return of the King 2. Spider-man 2 3. King Arthur I know there is more...but I can't remember all the one's I liked this year.
I remembered more! Elf Scooby Doo 2 The Day After Tomorrow Mona Lisa Smile I think most of those came out this year, I may be wrong.
I think only The Day After Tomorrow came out this year on your list. The rest are 03. Again, I don't know for certain, but they are quite old movies.
