Who in your opinion are the best live performers?

I've been to my fair share of concerts, and Linkin Park without a doubt sound the best. More then half the rock vocalists out there would die singing the chorus to Numb or Faint. But Chester is always right on. Mike used to be pretty bad, but lately he's been great. He's started to sound a lot better ever since Projekt Revoloution 1.

    Mudvayne is also pretty good.

I've heard plenty of bootleg recordings to know that The Mars Volta is damn good live.

Nine Inch Nails is too, judging from the CRC Sessions.

Linkin Park, Finger Eleven, Three Days Grace, Cold, Sum 41, and Evanescence.

Sum 41 totally tore it up at the concert here. It was awesome.

I saw Aerosmith in concert about 3 years ago and they blew my mind. They did all of their greatest hits and just brought a real good rockin' show to Philly. It was probably one of the best times I've ever had at a concert. They are truly amazing live.

I've seen many bands live...but nothing can compare to the night I saw Aerosmith.

    Really fucking awesome:
The Used (although they talked on stage too much)
Social Distortion (way better then they seemed on the KROQ webcast or Live In Orange County DVD)
    Flogging Molly
    Tsunami Bomb
    the Briggs
    Green Day

    Also very enjoyable:
    The Street Dogs
    Backyard Babies
Story of the Year (I don't care for the album, but as of 2003 they owned live)
    Coheed & Cambria

Linkin Park, Evanescence, Breaking Benjamin, Seether, Story of the Year

Out of all of them, I'd say Evanescence was the best.
