I went to the Back 2 Basics tour with Bizkit and Korn last night with a friend, and words cannot express how good these two bands played. I'll just leave it at that. Also after the show, we hung out with my friend nick, hes a big street teamer, and we followed him back to the tour buses. We waited for about an hour, and Jonathin davis came out and went into his tour bus before we could ask him for autographs, but then he came out like another 45 mins later and signed autographs for us 10-12 people shamelessly waiting outside, I got to shake his hand which was pretty cool. Then about 15 mins later munky came out and we talked to him for a minute or two and he also signed my ticket. Hes damn sweet. And just when we thought our night couldnt get any better, when fieldy walked out with a plate full of sandwiches and a box full of pizza for us. He said he was feeding all of us "f*ckers" and he signed everything, he was shooting a video or something too so we all looked in the camera and said how much fieldy kicked as$. Heh, fieldy's dreams must have a dvd comin out hehe. We waited around to see if head or david would show but they must have already been on their bus. Oh well I was satisfied meeting JD alone. man it was one sweet night.
And this has nothing to do with Linkin Park.... *moving* Also on a lighter note, the Back to Basics tour hit St. Louis today but unfortunatley I couldn't go. However, ticket sales were amazing. All the tickets were sold out in less than half an hour, then a few days ago, the band/venue released 100 more tickets for sale. Those 100 tickets were sold less than 10 minutes after the announcement.
ok thanks, I was gonna post it in other bands but then I figured maybe around the world, but now i see it was under the Linkin Park section.
im glad to see the respect limpbizkit are getting compaired to SST, apparently, theyve been getting more ovation than korn have, and put on a killer set, btw is the new counterfeit good?
EVERYTHING about bizkits set was PERFECT. Break Stuff was worth the 33.50 alone. And yes Bizkits set got me more pumped than I could have imagined, although Korn were VERY close. I just wished their sound wouldnt have died right as they were heading into the final part of Here to stay. BRING IT DOOOWWW........, Jonathin Davis was like "soooommmmonnneeesss gonna get fiirreeed!"
