Angels & Airwaves is the brainchild of Tom DeLonge, which came to fruition during the extended hiatus of blink-182. With aspirations to transcend the limitations of the pop-punk genre, AVA released their debut album "We Don't Need to Whisper" in 2006. The band's new album, "Love", is scheduled to drop on 02/14/10... but FUEL.TV giving away the entire album for FREE, two days early. Download the new album here http://modlife.com/angelsandairwaves/lovealbumfueltv It would be appreciated if you could use this link as opposed to Rapidshare or Mediafire links as the band would like to keep track of how many downloads their FREE album is actually getting, so give a little in return. Artwork Tracklisting 1. Et Ducit Mundum Per Luce 2. The Flight of Apollo 3. Young London 4. Shove 5. Epic Holiday 6. Hallucinations 7. The Moon-Atomic (...Fragments and Fictions) 8. Clever Love 9. Free is significantly more than I'd ever be willing to pay for their music. I'll wait and *maybe* pick it up when the price drops a bit.
You should check it out. It is free after all so you've nothing to lose, you might even like a few tracks. I personally think its brilliant
So you came in this thread just to say that you don't like the band. Was there a point to that, at all?
I was expecting something sounding a bit more than their previous efforts, instead we get some familiar sounding tunes mashed in a chaotic way. I'll hold off on judgment till the movie comes out so I can put them together, the way it's supposed to be.
I quite like it. I'm not a huge AVA fan but I think it's a solid album...certainly worth downloading for free.
i have to say i like it. think the first 2 albums were great pieces of music, so i was excited for the third. looking forward to seeing the movie soon.
This is an incredible album. I've been a huge fan of AVA since around the time I-Empire came out. I connect with their music in such an intimate way similar to only how I connect with Linkin Park's music. Love AVA. Best songs on the album are The Flight of Apollo, Young London, Shove, The Moon-Atomic, Letters to God pt 2, and Some Origins of Fire. Those of you that like the melodic side of LP should enjoy this album... the lyrics are great, the vocals amazing, and the instrumentals beautiful.
