Most of Linkin Parks Philadelphia shows come in the bands early years, with the band performing there a whole four times between 2000 and 2002. Like most of the bands earliest shows, we unfortunately don't know of any setlists for the two shows in 2000. Fortunatetely we do have the setlists for the 2001 and 2002 shows though. For the 2001 show the band played most of 'Hybrid Theory', but instead of playing 'Cure for the Itch' they played 'Step Up'. 2002 saw the the band return to the city with that years Projekt Revolution. For this tour the band had to extended their setlist as much as possible since they were headlining with just one album under their belt, so they added songs like 'Step Up', 'It's Goin' Down', 'My December', a solo section for Mr. Hahn, and a cover of 'My Own Summer' by Deftones. There exists a recording of this show, but I will warn you, if you have any sorts of standards for audio quality, you should probably not listen to it.

The Meteora album cycle got two shows from the band, one in 2003 when they came to town on the Summer Sanitarium tour and one show when the band stopped by on that years Projekt Revolution. The 2003 show got a proshot release on the Meteora 20 boxset, giving us another great look at the set that the band was playing on that tour.

But probably the bands most famous show in Philadelphia came in 2005 when they performed at Live 8 with Jay-Z. The band started off their set with playing 'Crawling', 'Somewhere I Belong', 'Breaking the Habit', and 'In the End' on their own before bringing Jay-Z out to his song 'Public Service Announcement' and then moving on to playing most of 'Collision Course', only skipping out on 'Izzo/In the End' and 'Points of Authority/99 Problems/One Step Closer'.

The last time Linkin Park played in Philly was 14 and a half years ago, on January 31 2011. The band brought with them a large chunk of 'A Thousand Suns' on the road, playing 10 tracks from the 15 track album.

For their show in Detroit, the band went with setlist C, but flipped it up just a little bit. Instead of ending the show with the run of 'Papercut' - 'In the End' - 'Faint' like they usually do with this setlist, they instead ended the show with the more normal and classic run of 'Papercut' - 'Heavy Is the Crown' - 'Bleed It Out'. After Bleed It Out, members of Pvris came back on stage to take a group picture with the Linkin Park members since it was their last show on the tour.

Tonights show takes place at the same arena that the 2011 show did, despite what the name might say. This show will in fact be the first concert taking place at this arena after the name was changed from "The Wells Fargo Center" to "Xfinity Mobile Arena", with the name change happening just a few days ago, on August 14.

So what can we expect from this show? This will be the first show on this tour without Pvris opening, instead Jean Dawson takes over as opener and stays on until September 6th. Jean Dawson was one of the openers for the show that Linkin Park played in Arlington, Texas last year along with Bad Omens. So do we think we'll see another feature on a song? Lynn from Pvris came up on 'BURN IT DOWN' almost every show, and usually guests come up on 'One Step Closer', can we expect to see Jean Dawson feature on any song?

This show is also the 50th show since the bands comeback and the 50th that Alex, Colin, and Emily has played with the band, so maybe that will be highlighted in some way?
