After being reported on close to two years ago, it appears that the Kickdrums remix of "Waiting For The End", done by the indie alternative band "The Kickdrums" has finally made it's way onto the internet after being under wraps for quite some time.

Originally mentioned in The Glitch Mob Remix News Thread back in 2010, the remix has been uploaded in full on Soundcloud, and can be listened to below:

Felt like listening to the track for the first time. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Begins like a Beatles track and then crescendos. I more-or-less liked what he did with Mike's part. Where the guitar solo should be sounded awkward though. Good listen.

I like how they enhanced the "Beatles" feel of the original track. I feel it could've been longer, but overall not a bad effort.

My thoughts exactly while listening to it! I enjoyed it. Safe to say it's about as far as you can get from The Glitch Mob remix (which I also like).

Wow, I was not expecting that. Pretty refreshing in comparison to all of the electronic remixes that have been done.

Another thing that I like is that it doesn't exactly sound like a remix. Like it could pass as the official song if you didn't hear the original before. I love remixes where it's hard to tell that they're a "remix" because they sound so natural.

Hope I made sense there .

Wow. This completely reinvigorates the song. I love it.

I also love what they did with Mike's vocal parts, bringing the volume of his harmonies up.

It's pretty good. It's a refreshing step away from all the electronic stuff.

This is a dope remix! The best Official one off of ATS imho. I do have one complaint though, they lowered Mike's voice during the "Siting in an empty room..." part and that is such a bummer because it's just perfection.

    Highlights:

    1. Chord progression.
    2. Melodic liberties on Chester's vocals.
    3. Progressive instrumental.
    4. Raising the volume of Mike's harmonies in other areas.
    5. Melodic liberties on Mike's vocals.
    6. It's not nearly as repetitive as all other remixes of this song.
    7. Very Beatles-esque vocal arrangement.
    8. An organic cadence to the song.

That was great! I really liked it. Probably my favorite ATS remix so far.

Better than the original, in my opinion. I think I'm one of the only people who didn't dig the reggae style of the song in the first place. Well done, The Kickdrums.

I remember clicking that link last year. I was treated to the worst song of 2011.

The chord progression and the electro solo at the end saved it.
