Okay, for some reason when I try to record audio to my computer either from Mic, Wave, Line, or what ever when I record there is radio in the background. Which is really mysterious because I do not own an FM card or anything like that, there is also no TV or radio around me. It records the radio rather all input/output devices are muted or unmuted. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Please and thank you.

What program are you using to record?

It's most definitely not the program. I've used Audacity, GoldWave, Windows Sound Recorder, and Super Audio Recorder. I've tweaked each programs setting and still all the programs do same exact thing, record some FM radio station, and a buzzing noise. I've taken my sound card out removed the drivers, re-installed them. The problem still persists.

That's, uh, trippy. And baffling. You could go further and replace the sound card ...
