I wish I could answer but it was so loud I couldn't make out intricate things or differences. I'm excited to hear it again. I'll get so much more. One thing I do remember is the intro reminded me of the intro to BYOB. Fast and Heavy.
I'm trying to see if I can go to the next LPU event in LA. So if I get that I'll bring back more info!
A tad bit off topic, but did anyone catch the performance in Rio? The crowd was amazing! Despite being shaky, the band went all out! But holy shit with the technical difficulties.
Listening to GATS right now and WOW i forgot how good this song actually is THP - 2 Weeks Going to be the best Album ever made for me
I'm going to take of for the night! Thanks for talking guys and I hope I was able to give you an idea of what to expect!
Watched it through, and my word, yeah. Really damn good performance, Chester and Mike gave it their all, a lot of cool medleys and the like. Brad was having quite a bit of issue with guitar work, messing up a good little bit. But yeah, things kept going out, synths were disappearing and the like and it was overall a very very broken show, but the performance was solid and honestly, I think having to overcome the difficulties brought a real charm to the show ;3
I wasnt going to say it (was keeping it in my head only), but now someone else has said it, so I can too. I could see this album becoming a top 5 or higher album of all time for me. Thank you so much for answering questions You sir are a great person! That would be wonderful
Definitely. Also, shout out to a fellow British Columbian brotha! *edit * holy shit that Joe Hahn solo is fucking crazy! Great mash-up of scratching infused with modern-day hardstyle/edm scene. Totally screams " this is how the old school kicks it "
Wastelands is a song that I feel I've known for a long time now... from the vids and the live performances come enough listens for me to say that. There's always enough to discover in LP-songs but this one is indeed as some say a great radio-type song. It just creeps up in the brain. Great great LP-song! And I'm so anxious to hear it all in one listen (THP)! The descriptions in combination with the already released song make it impossible to think badly about THP. It will blow me away...
Close. This is how I felt about UIG and now Wastelands. but I wouldnt say a long time, because I still like CoG more. But it beats most of LPs songs for me
I like the song a lot. I think this will be a good album, better than LT. However so far I don't think it's heavier than Meteora. I know some people will flip out that i just said that but given the songs SO FAR....SO FAR. Meteora feels a lot more darker and heavier to me. I don't know. Meteora gives me a spooky, depressing/dark vibe. THP seems more upbeat and happy.
