i hate wretches. this sounds nothing like wretches. i hate this anyway.

 

I actually enjoyed this. I really love "Wretches and Kings" and this remix doesn't do it justice. However, if I give W&K a 10, I'll give the remix an 8. While it is still a good song, it doesn't beat the original. Mike's verse is killer. The chorus is weird but it fits the entire mood of ATS. I'll be jamming to this for a while.

 

Off topic, I think "Wretches and Kings" will be used for the new Transformers Dark of the Moon. Most likely to be the next single coming out of LP. Listen to the the lyrics and Mario Savio speech about machines and what not. It all makes perfect sense.

 

No it doesn't. Do you even understand the meaning of what Savio is saying in the "Operation of the machine" I'm pretty sure he's not talking about robots or space aliens. It's government and the people (citizens) that control government that is "the machine" and even if it did make sense for it to be on transformers it doesn't mean it will be because you say so.

 

Sure, but I'm saying that it can relate to transformers and people can interpret it in a different way.

 

they should just write a new song for transformers. or do an acapela of "believe it or not".

The Best Part Of the Song Was Mike, Everything else was shit. Sorry GBC, I enjoy your music, but this was pretty bad.

 

I was disappointed but I don't think it's terrible. It's decent, but I love Mike's verse. I listened to it today in my car and the bass is insane with a good sound system.

 

I liked the verses. But the instrumental and the chorus was awful.

 

Yeah.... I'm a fan of fort minor and gbc but this is no good. Hate chester's chorus effect and they went too far away from the tempo and beat.. i understand it's a remix but this doesn't even sound anything like w&k

 

Oh God I hope not. I've had just about enough with the LP and Transformers partnership. New Divide is an ok song for a horrible movie, but I hope LP won't allow any song off of ATS to be on the new Transformers. Michael Bay needs to get someone else for a change. As for this remix, it's horrible.
