    A Thousand suns is set for a 09/14/2010 release.

    I think they're definitely revealing the art/tracklisting today along with the pre-order. I think that's what this entire pixel thing was about.

    Wait...this is for A Tousand Suns.

    Must be a different album. :p

    Hmm, it's definitely interesting to see what this will include. album art? Track-List? Or maybe just a stock holder image and no other information. After all, they have "The Catalyst" single on their discography page, and that only lists the one track. It'll be interesting to see anyway.

    Well the image below is the image being revealed on linkinpark.com and it's already been confirmed that it is NOT the album cover, but a placeholder to prevent people cheating the final image.

    EDIT: i think the image is even clearer than before a hour ago. Perhaps we're almost really close to being done and that's why chester posted again (OMG :blink:)

    With the album about to be to put on pre-sale I can almost bet we will at least get an album cover today. *Fingers crossed".

    It looks almost done, but the gray portions are misleading. There's a lot of gray there that the eye looks over because they are very similar shades.

    Indeed. It's being filled nicely but there is still a way to go. This could be unrelated, but it would make a lof of sense if they filled this image which then linked you to the pre-sale.

    I'm going to be getting my copy at Bestbuy. It's kind of a tradition my friend and I have been doing for each Linkin Park album release since Meteora.

    Also behind the grey area there is still a lot of black which may be hard to see.

    I preordered both Meteora and Minutes to Midnight (both special editions) from LP.com. Got both the day before official release.


    Also, it's off topic, but I just noticed the cover for M2M in the LP.com store isn't the normal one, it's the pic of them facing the camera instead of looking away. Berry iiiiinteresting! lol
