I don't know if this is allowed or not, I think it is. Does anyone know of a good downloading program I can use? Limewire is sucking for me latley, I download like ten songs and none of them download.

    NOOOOOOOOOOO!

    HOLY WASTED JAVA MEMORY BATMAN

Do Not Us Azureus. Kills your resources for no good reason.

Try microtorrent, very small, safe and uses like no memory.

    Huh?

I've never been able to work with torrents. Do I have to do anything first or do I just find a client and a download file?

Is there a way to make torrents go faster?

I mean, they're handy and stuff but they take freakin' ages to download...

And on Limewire is there a way to download something off more than 10 hosts?

Port forwarding is your solution. Look up your router and port forwarding on google.

Use Bitcomet over BitLord. They are the same but BitLord is full of adds.

Awesome. It worked! Or at least I think it did

What's like, the speed it should be downloading at? I'm guessing it depends on the connection?

Well, not full, but it has a "games" and "XXX Chat" option, along with a few other things. BitComet has all the features (maybe more), without the crap.

I usually get speeds of about 500kB/s on a single file...but usually I have like 7 downloads going on a time so they each average about 60-100kB/s

I use Demonoid.com to get the torrents (Azureus for the client).

    LimeWire for single songs.
