That has the "Now I See" version of "With You" and the "forfeit the game/stop the talk show" version of "Points Of Authority," I think.
That's basically the same sampler as LP gave out on the Kings of Game 2000 tour, except that's an earlier version before they changed their name. I think that is the "Now I See" version of With You on there, shortly after they gave it it's final name, and the Points of Authority is either the "Stop the talk show" version or something like Now I see/With You, basically an unmixed version.
Hmmm, thanks. I thought this sampler was an early one, because it's not that commonly known as the other HT sampler (CD with Esaul and SuperXero). I guess this is the last thing they did as HT. I am still questioning if that Points Of Authority is an unreleased one, that third demo that everyone is missing. And that With You, I'd agree it's the Now I See, because they have already changed the name of it. I guess this tape hasn't been ripped, though, because the Now I See we have is from an Ozzfest sampler, and the Points Of Authority demos were on hybridtheory.com.
Actually Energy has this tape, and last I checked he was working on ripping the version of Points of Authority off it, which is supposed to be the same lyrics as the final album version, just some mixing differences. This did come out after the Ozzfest sampler, hence the change of the With You title, and I think the tracks on here were basically just pre-mixing versions of the final album tracks.
Yes, if you look closely, the track names do not say "Now I See" but "With You" so they had already made the change of name when this tape was made.
