I loved the book and now after watching the proper trailer I'm really excited for the movie version. But I gotta say that I'm still a teensy bit disappointed in seeing Tom Hanks as Robert Langdon. I've always pictured Ralph Fiennes as Langdon when reading the book(s).

I cannot wait for this movie. Tom Hanks is the perfect Langdon for me.

Not trying to prove anything here, haha. I just didn't feel like typing the same thing all over.

 

Err, Tom Hanks played Langdon in The Da Vinci Code, why would they change actors?

Anyway, I'm looking forward to this, it should be good. I'll have to read the book before the movie comes out though.

 

I'm not saying that I expected them to change the actor. It' just that seeing him reprise the role makes me think that Ralph Fiennes would have made a better Langdon.

Anyway, I think a mod or someone should merge this with the old thread.

 

Oh, okay, I thought maybe you hadn't seen the first movie.
