Well then. I really don't care who believes me, but I'm Chesternutlp...used to run Projekt Esaul way back in like, '04. That was my name on the LP message boards and then I changed it to Audible Silence or something. Can't remember. Anyhow, I'm just looking for feedback really. Did anyone ever visit Projekt Esaul? I've been toying with the idea of starting another remix site up...maybe even redoing P:E. I honestly didn't think people listened to fan-made mixes anymore. lol, just reading this thread though brings back memories. Anyways, let me know guys. Also, two things. 1.) Anyone know if it's possible to find all the old mixes we did? I've changed states twice since then and computers 4 times, so I no longer have all the crap we compiled to start P:E. 2.) Did anyone ever listen to MY crap? I remember my In The End remix was...well, honestly pretty crappy like the rest, but I just remember runaway and XT got all the glory on that site. Me and JoshW were kinda overlooked. I'll check back in this thread to see what's up. Later.
DJ Maxentropy - 'What I've Confused' Featuring: Linkin Park - 'What I've Done' Genesis - 'Land of Confusion' Mash-up audio by DJ Maxentropy Mash-up video by VJ Brewski Whereas this certainly isn't the best sounding mashup, the lyrical play between both songs (and videos obviously) work quite well. Cheers VJ Brewski for an insanely done video! I know there was no way to re-record Phil Collins' voice, but the pitch drove me off a lot. Not a bad mix at all, great idea. But I think if you did this, maybe you could have done it as a cover with other people singing. That would probably be cool, meld the pitches to match better.
Completely agree on both recommedations there. His pitch does tend to fluctuate (not much I can do there since I don't want to slaughter it) and secondly it does also tend to lose it's "interestingness" lets say when you use other people singing. What would have been really nice was a Disturbed Acapella available for Land of Confusion. Oh and by the way, on my myspace and website you can download/listen to a Phil Collins mashup with Linkin Park as well. Code: www.djmaxentropy.com Code: www.myspace.com/djmaxentropy That track is titled "DSMBR Rain In Your Eyes". Enjoy.

http://h1.ripway.com/DigitalRosh/GivinNuthinUp.mp3 I remade the Scratch 'N Sniff Given Up mashup (Just the middle part, nothing from Sean Paul or the stuff at the end), so it would be higher quality. (I know the transition from Don't Say Nuthin' back to Given Up could be better, I could've added more echoes, but I did this at 3AM, so give me a break )
Here is a remix I did of Shadow of the day. Most people have told me they thought it was pretty good. So I would like to know what you guy's think. http://suteki.fileave.com/ShadowOfTheDayRemix-BySkiPz.mp3

looking back at all the pages of this thread, none of those links work :/ and from the comments, they sound like masterpieces. i wish they kept the files/LPA could be a god and let us upload our remixes on here to work only for LP remixes.
Leave out all the rest "orchestral remix" Just playing around with som string VST's and a midi file http://www.speedyshare.com/391307765.html
do you have an account on whatever you uploaded? most of the remixes are uploaded via sendspace and they dont keep your file for long unless you make an account... which barely anyone did
