my fears have been put to rest, I was worried what it was going to sound like with AJ, but wow.... this is awesome and i'm only to the fourth song, good stuff IMO
I'm on the 2nd song right now and loving it. I've got a 2 hour road trip ahead of me today, I think I know what I'm listening to (iPod in car for the win!)
Holy shit....and that's why I love private BitTorrent trackers....I could never pull those kinds of speeds off crap like TorrentSpy. That torrent didn't even take 5 minutes to download.
How the hell do you guys get speeds of that fast? I have a brand new computer and I hit like 50 only at my max...is there a secret? Sorry for the n00b question!
It just depends how many people are uploading it. Wow you tohught your guys went fast I jsut put it on then no more than a minute and a half it was finished, damn I love this stuff.
The age of the computer really has nothing to do with download speeds (well, it can, but maybe a 10k/sec difference at the max). The main factor is how many people are uploading the torrent and their upload speeds as well as your connection speed. Plus, it always helps to seed your torrents once done. Some trackers will give you a higher download speed if you upload more.
All these albums leaking and I don't care about any of them. I just hope the slew of albums from Tool, Hoobastank, Audioslave, etc can fill the void for my dissapointing start to 2006. One can only hold on for so long.
a lot of the good CDs are coming out in the summer, or more towards summer, so don't worry about the "slow start" as for your picks, audioslave? didn't they just release one last year? or was that in 2004? they work fast.
Audioslave released Out of Exile in 2005. It leaked in May of 2005, I remember because it was around the time Revenge of the Sith came out.
Further Seems Forever's greatest hits/compilation album Hope This Finds You Well has leaked. I was thinking of downloading it. But I have all the tracks anyway.
