i've checked around and i still can't find the last track from "Crack the Skye".

My Dying Bridge - For Lies I Sire, Grandmaster Flash - The Bridge, and KMFDM - Blitz have all leaked.

lame cover? i just grabbed the most seeded one i found. comments didn't have anything about a cover, so..

 

LAME. it's an acronym.

or cover as in someone else's song.

I got some lame metal cover of a pop song, that was entertaining for about half a minute.

Both the soundtrack and the score for Watchmen have leaked.

TheRockChick, it's definitely out there, the one i'm looking at has 144 seeders.

Although i can't download due to ratio issues.

that's the most idiotic thing i've heard all day.

I only download torrents that are V0 or V2, which are much better than what you get when ripping a cd through iTunes.

 

nono I totally agree with V0/V2 music! In fact I download high quality copies of the cds I buy too because its easier then ripping it on my own. But I hate torrents. They rely on seeders which often die for less mainstream music and on certain sites they require good ratios. I prefer private music blogs and sites that up the same high quality music you can get on torrents but without the need for seeders.

 

Let me know when you can download a lossless rip of an album in 2 minutes from a non-torrent source.

 

Music blogs aren't as fast, as organized or have the same amount of variety as a good private tracker. Private trackers also usually have a much better request feature whereas the only way you could request something on a music blog is via email or talking in one of those unreliable chatbox things.

Ratio is just a small obstacle you have to overcome to get all the things i mentioned above.
