I think it belongs to this section cause it's about graphics, but if it doesn't, feel free to move :D .

OK, Adobe Photoshop CS has been out for a really few days now and I'm wondering if it's worth downloading... Has anyone tried it, and should I stick with 7.0.1?

Are you kidding? Get your 13 year old behind to a store and support the developer. "Is it worth it to download?" No, your amature tactics in striving to achieve graphics are despicable.

Read the rules, no contributing or being a part of illegal activities here on the forum. Good day :chemist:

(If in some weird way you actually meant to download this legally, then I apologize. Otherwise, )

Hmm...I've never tried it myself. Usually I just wait a couple months for new programs like these, wait until some reviews pour in, see if any price-drops are happening, then make a decision. But if that's what demo's are there for, to allow you to try it out...you really can't go wrong by downloading the trial ;)

If it doesn't make your Photoshop experience better than your current version 7, uninstall ^_^

My friend's had CS for a few months now :chemist:, and according to him, it's just as good. But I wouldn't take his word for it--he's not really a person who makes art with the computer.

I'd wait for a review about the program to come out. Download a demo to test it out, but don't buy it unless it gets great reviews :D.

My school's webteam uses CS now, and I see no actual difference between 7 and CS, so eh, I say wait for any reviews to come out.

    Thanks :D . Well I think I'm pretty happy with 7 so I'll stick with it :D .

I upgraded from 6 to 7 a few months ago but there really weren't a lot of changes.

    Hopefully 8 is better.

I'm keeping 7. I dont like upgrading because you "have to". I still use Windows 98 and 2000.
