A Quick Hip Hop beat i made with LP samples

I used Lying From you and Not Alone for samples.

How is it? I'm 14, so I'm not... perfect yet. XD

I don't think you can use age as an excuse for this not being good, in your opinion, considering how many child prodigies there are

And no, I am not saying this is not good - it's actually pretty catchy! I THINK it's some weird guitar synth you rendered under the "chorus" area? Yeah, that - you should turn it up and drop the kick to a lower pitch on that Just a suggestion.

 

That is actually pretty good.
But something seems to be missing.

MKH, That weird guitar thingy is actually my vocals. I used a harmony engine plugin, made 3 voices (1 normal pitch, 1 8va and 1 16va) and distorted it. But yeah, i admit this was pretty horribly mixed, and youtube brought down the quality. And I don't know how to make that really bassy kick

And derek, i think so too. but again, i dont really know how i can do that. I'm still learning.

 

Nah, it's missing bass. You should also probably spend more time on the drum sounds as well, sounds pretty presetish. Other than that, pretty sick.

 

Just needs some lead bass and maybe lead synth in parts. Everything else sounds sweet.

oh yeah, its a medley without lyrics + its a remix i just got reminded* ive been looking for the right computer program for a couple of hrs or just maybe1, but i couldnt find one that is already on my laptop. atleast it kept me busy and intrigued

 

It's not a medley. I just got bits of a linkin park song and made it into a hip hop beat.

And if you want to record something over it, you should probably get a cheap version of protools or mixcraft.
