Here is yet another rock band that I used to listen to ALOT.... but then I just kind of stopped.... I saw em twice and they put on completely epic shows.... They played before Three Days Grace, Taking Back Sunday, and My Chemical Romance and in my opinion they should have headlined the one show... In other words I used to love them and would probably still enjoy their show. But I stopped listening to the style completely... so the album will probably not work for me, but I dont doubt it will be good. They are a great band with a lot of talent.
I'm really looking forward to it. Hope it turns out good. And btw, if anyone is wondering (like I was), they're releasing it on March 24.
I was pretty excited about this, but then I listened to "Lifeline" and, well, I'm not as excited now. Hopefully the rest of the album is better.
I'm really excited. High hopes for this CD. Love their old stuff, saw them in concert at the beginning of last summer, when they started playing these songs, definitely impressed
Woo, my birthday. I remember hearing a live cut they had floating around and I'm fairly sure it = a fair song in general.
I'm really looking forward to their new album. I really like Papa Roach and I'm pleased with the direction their sound has gone in. Already have the album on pre-order.
So much better than Paramour Sessions. I have to say that "I Almost Told You That I Loved You" is one of my favorite songs of the year so far. My only gripe with the album is that the lyrics haven't gotten much better but music-wise, it's a pretty solid CD. Great to drive to as well.
I'd say it's the best thing they've put out since then. You'd probably have to listen yourself to comapre
I wouldn't go that far. I don't know what to say about this album. There's some awesome moments, but it feels like something's missing. It's a decent album, but The Paramour Sessions had some awesome tracks on it, so I don't know what's better. EDIT: It's definitely no Getting Away With Murder, that's for sure. I fucking love that album.
I think they put all the heavier songs in the beginning and it kind of made it seem to trail off near the end but if you were to switch a couple of the first 5 songs with some of the last 5 then I think it would seem more complete. That's just what I got out of it.
I don't know. It just seems a little empty for me. Like I said, there's some good songs on here, like "I Almost Told You That I Loved You" and "Live This Down", and of course the singles already released, but...it just seems meh. Definitely would rate this as their worst album.
