Linkin Park is not nominated for................anything?

What a shitty nominations list. Seriously.

I'll be honest... I don't think LP have done anything worthy of getting nominated for.

I don't know about in America but the only song that LP got much play with (where I am at least) was What I've Done and even then I barely heard it.

On another note, Foo Fighters should easy win Best Rock Song.

Best Rock Album in general too...although the only competition on both of those categories is Daughtry and he's had a hell of a year.

Plus, I really don't want Paramore winning Best New Artist...that's the kiss of death

    Who's Daughtry?!

I don't think Paramore should be able to win that anyway... Considering they're nowhere near new.

1.) Chris Daughtry...American Idol contestant who finished like 3rd or 4th yet his album will probably sell more copies than any Idol winner by the end of next year.

2.) They're new in terms of radio play and who they are.

I don't give a damn about nominations and stuff, but I think that LP deserved some of them just for the fact that they sold more than 5 millions records with MTM [which is really hard], and What I've Done was like 14 or 15 weeks on #1 the Billboard charts. I think that means something ..
At least and seeing the bands that are nominated, really , I think they should have been nominated for Best Hard Rock Performance and Rock Album of the Year.

Apparently Nickelback, King Diamond, and Soulja Boy did deserve nominations though.

Unfortunately or not the nominations are not based off of sales and units sold across the US or internationally. I'm also disappointed that Linkin Park hasn't gotten a nomination for anything in particular; looks like I'll have to wait for next year and see what happens.

And didn't it mention something about relationships and all that crap for nominations? Isn't that normally... Biased to the pop more so than the rock and everything else?

seriously, "Survivalism" couldn't even be nominated? I guess it's too "anti-American" for the Grammys. Douchebags.

    Hell yeah <3

Amy Winehouse shouldn't get anything, she doesn't deserve it. I'm sure she won't be even there cause she's too busy walking around in her bra sniffing all sorts of stuff.
