How the hell can't the Neo vs Smith fight or the APU vs Machines battle not be considered as best fight/action sequence? Maybe Revolutions came out too late to be considered a nominee candidate? I'm still searching for answers.

Tom Cruise really deserves to be nominated for his role in 'The Last Samurai'.

Edit: (w00t)! I never would've thought MTV would recognize Keifer Sutherland as Best Villain! That's awesome! He deserves it!

Best Movie: "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King"
    (BY FAR!!!!!!)

Best Male Performance : Johnny Depp (also BY FAR!!!!)

Best Female Performance: Charlize Theron - "Monster"

Best Comedic Performance: Johnny Depp (but I also loved Jack Black)

Best On-Screen Team: Jack Black/ School of Rock band - "School of Rock"

Best Villain: Kiefer Sutherland, NO QUESTION. I am SO happy he is being recognized because he is so amazing.

Best Action Sequence: Battle at Gondor - "The Lord of The Rings: The Return of the King"

Best Fight : I wanted to say X2 and Kill Bill Vol 1 but my vote goes to the Matrix.
