Today Linkin Park will be holding their sixth ever LPU Summit at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ across the river from The City Of Brotherly Love (Philadelphia, PA). Breaking from the tradition of regular show posts which usually contain a summary of the previous show, instead we will be live tweeting updates to the LPA Twitter periodically throughout the day to keep fans updated on the days events. Come join LPA staff members Todd, Joe, and Derek as we update you on the days festivities from Todd's rented Prius. And for all of you attending the summit today: we can't wait to see you there! --- Updates: Linkin Park performed two Acoustic songs for the Summit attendees. They played The Messenger Acoustic (they have played this previously at other Summits) and IN MY REMAINS was played Acoustic for the first time ever. Check out a video of both Acoustic performances, courtesy of LPA member, Fatal! A brand new Set list (Set B) was played at this show. The band were going to originally play this set for the show. However, after some last minute changes, which included Numb being played later on in the set and replacing Crawling (Crawling was dropped) and the addition of When They Come For Me, this is the final set that was played: 1) A Place For My Head (w/Set Intro) 2) Given Up 3) New Divide 4) VICTIMIZED/QWERTY) 5) With You (w/scratch Intro) 6) Somewhere I Belong (w/Intro) 7) When They Come For Me 8) LIES GREED MISERY 9) Points of Authority 10) Waiting For The End (Apaches Intro) 11) Breaking The Habit 12) LOATR/SOTD/Iridescent 13) The Catalyst 14) LOST IN THE ECHO (w/Intro) 15) Numb 16) BURN IT DOWN 17) What I've Done 18) In The End 19) Bleed It Out (w/ Beastie Boys "Sabotage") ---------------------------------------------------- 20) TINFOIL 21) Faint 22) Lying From You & Papercut Mash Up 23) One Step Closer Visit the LPA twitter here: http://www.twitter.com/LPAssociation
Have loads and loads, no, make that tonnes of fun, cunts. +100 Understandable, too bad we still have to take your life.
I have a couple questions that Id love to ask the band. I'll be live tweeting from the event (@matthewbentz) and am well on my way there!
Dude, the track list for LPU 12 contains 10 special remixes of BURN IT DOWN. No need to ask questions to which we already know the answer.
Here's my favorite video of me and a few of the LPU crew bumping into Mike at the 2011 Summit: A reminder to you guys how awesome its going to be!!!
Bellends, Kappas, and the LPA is taking over the Summit! You guys have fun and have a great concert! You can definitely count this guy jealous

This will probably be the setlist I will hear this Sunday in Alpharetta. While I'm dissapointed at the lack of LIVING THINGS tracks, all I can say is FUCK YEAH for "A Place For My Head" intro!
Current rotation is CCAABB. This is set B's first round. So you can just count it out. I'll be getting A which is also my favorite at this point. I am sad about no IMR in Set A.
