Therefore, when taking a person to work, I always try to make sure that he is not only a high-class professional, but also a good communicator. I have a small test: on the interview, I ask a person to imagine what he speaks with a five-year-old child, and explaining this child the meaning of the term "database" (as an option). If the applicant copes with this task, it is a good sign. This suggests that he, firstly, can express briefly and affordable, secondly, it is capable of identifying the main information. This is important, especially for a person applying for a leadership position.

Healthy communication in a team is not something that you can just create. You need to follow it. Regular internal tests, staff surveys at the level of satisfaction, involvement. They allow you to identify problems before they have become critical and find their right decision.
