Here are this week's Billboard Charts placements for all Linkin Park related singles and albums for the week of November 14th - 20th; <div align=center> Billboard Top 100 Albums Charts "Meteora" - #36 (Last Week - #41) Billboard Modern Rock Charts "Numb" - #1 (Last Week - #1) "Faint" - #12 (Last Week - #9) Billboard Mainstream Rock Charts "Numb" - #6 (Last Week - #8) "Faint" - #12 (Last Week - #10) </div> On the album charts, "Meteora" has made significant improvement, jumping five spots to #36 in a week that saw eight new releases hit the top fifteen on the Billboard Top 100. "Numb" has kept it's position on top of the Modern Rock charts for a second straight week, while the single jumped two spots to #6 on the Mainstream Rock charts. The single took only nine weeks to hit #1 on the Modern Rock charts, which is remarkable. "Faint" hit #12 on both the rock charts, falling three and two spots for each respective chart and is continuing it's slow descent down the lists. The new live cd/dvd "Live In Texas" will hit the album charts next Thursday, November 27th.
Good news, Numb seems to be appreciated (more than I tought ) . As for Meteora's 5-spot improvement, it's good, but that's still under the 31 they had 2 weeks ago...
it's like you're saying "it's about time you posted this! you're so slow!". it's as if you're complaining.

It's #1 -- it can't go much farther. [/b][/quote] it needs to climb on the other chart lol, and yeah if it stays at one, it needs to keep climbing in listeners so it can stay at number 1, if it doesnt, it will drop

Just a little tidbit to add to the great chart news ... ************* Congrats to LINKIN PARK on becoming the first act to score three #1 hits in the same year, on Billboard’s Modern Rock Tracks chart. No other artist in the 15-year history of this chart has been able to do that.' “Numb” makes the grade this week, joining Park’s “Somewhere I Belong,” and “Faint,” as Modern Rock chart toppers of 2003. This also helps Warner Brothers tie another record on that chart as the only label to score five #1 modern rock hits in one year. Besides the LINKIN PARK hits, the WB label spent time at the top this year with hits from RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, (“Can’t Stop”), and TRAPT (“Headstrong”). -moviepoopshoot.com *********************** I'd say they're having a pretty good year no?
i really don't think that had anything to do with the topic, it seems like you're just posting to heighten your post count. let's stop the flooding, please? crawlin_fan: can I get the link to the actual article so I can link to it on the main page? I searched the site and couldn't come up with anything.
Here's where I read the article - http://moviepoopshoot.com/popchart/ - but it seems they've already "refreshed" the page with this week's music news. Probably why you couldn't find the exact article.
