I wonder in how many movies or soundtracks LP songs were featured... I know there was Figure.09 in SWAT, but that's all :D . Add yours ;) .

Points of Authority was in a movie called "Little Nicky". I think that was it but Iam not for sure but I am sure about a LP song being in that movie . A bunch of LP instrumentals was also used in a MTV movie award show.

From what I know from memory:

Valentines (Day?) - Pushing Me Away
ECW Soundtrack - One Step Closer
Vertical Limit - Points of Authority *
Little Nicky - Points of Authority
    S.W.A.T. - Figure.09 *

    * - Movies I haven't seen, but supposedly their music was in it.

That's all I can think of right now.

I also remember hearing One Step Closer in a preview for "The Experiment", but I don't know if it was actually in the movie...

Soundtracks: Matrix Reloaded, Valentine, Queen of the Damned, Little Nicky
Movies: S.W.A.T and Extreme Ops (previously known as Vertical Limit)
Compilations: Big Shiny Tunes 6 and 8, Ozzfest 2001 Live Album

So basically I repeated what Keaton said, plus Matrix Reloaded.

I've seen alot of LP posters in TV shows too. There's one behind Kim Bauer's bed in 24, and there's a bunch of them all over the place in the cancelled Fastlane.

In 'Little Nicky', they literally put a 2 second clip of POA. But I recognized it anyway and was like 'THATS POA!'. Also Queen of the Damned wasn't really using a LP song. Chester did that song specifically for the movie and it was written by Jonathan Davis ;)

How is that possible? The "Points" demo that has the different intro verse came out almost a year before anyone ever knew about that movie. How is it that people were calling it "Vertical Limit"? Also, the actual movie called "Vertical Limit" has no Linkin Park on it at all.

I was talking about the movie. But wait a second, it wasn't originally called Vertical Limit, it had something with three x's and they changed the name so it wouldn't be confused with Vin Diesel's xXx.

Oh, I know you were talking about the movie. But the "Points" demo with the different intro verse--everyone calls that "Vertical Limit." I always get confused because Linkin Park isn't on that movie anywhere at all. I've seen it at least 7 times and I've never heard "Points" played at all, and it's not on its soundtrack.

When you said "Extreme Ops" was previously known as "Vertical Limit," I got confused. :p

"My December" was in the pilot of Fastlane that the prducers showed to FOX network execs.
