Here is my response for the conference in Cologne.

First of all, ana was there. She is also here on LPU. She said to me she cannot go.. well she said thas she is from the LPA and LP live and that was shocked after listening to ATS because it was something non expected for her. But it think it was in a good way. Another guy named Dominik said that he want to know why LP has changed from Hybrid Theory to this new album. Mike said that he want to do something new with the band. Everytime they a did new demo which sound like what they did before, mike thought "oh, well we had this kinda thing before, we need something new for the fans" .. also he said that is a challenge for the band and of course for the fans to do kinda new stuff like this. At some point during the interview mike said that he has kinda jet lag and laughed because he said that when they have jet lag and did some interviews they start talking some random Sh°t. So they talked about the german zoo and the american zoo, that they prefer the german zoo because its so natural and the american is kinda stupid because the fences are soo high that no one get over this, but there are also some guys who jumped into the lion cage and get killed. They also answered questions from 1live facebook page and their guestbook. A guy called tom asked that is the meaning behind the ATS logo. Mike said that he is not gonna tell that because every person has their own thoughts of it and he don't want to ruin that in some way. Also some person asked what it is like when their wives are at home and the guys are on tour. Phx and mike answered that they often come to their tours and travel with them. When the band has no time for their wives because of concerts their wives are doing some normal stuff like going to the park or play with the kids Phx talked a lot as well. He talked about his "grillmaster exam" because some guys asked for this! Some guy said on the facebook account on 1live that he really like mike's new style with the beard and the long hair. He said also that Mike looks like a young Paul MCCartney, what makes mike laugh really hard! According to Mike. The guy Tom asked if chester doing his screaming on the album. Mike said that it is something new. Something new expected! There is him doin vocals on some songs and rapping too. But chester is doin some "screams" too. Mike said this kinda " when he really get into this song and express hisself its kinda what you call his screamings, but is something that you don't had before". At the end Phx and Mike done some signin on stuff. You could see the girl ana giving Phx a lot of paintings and pictures to sign. Mike signed a girls foot because she had one of his art tattoed on her foot.

All in all it was a pretty good interview! It was nice to watch and listen too. Hopefully there are some more guys from the LPU or LPA going to Hamburg on Friday. There will be another pre listening and signing!
