    On 17th August Mike & Dave will be at the 1LIVE Studio in Cologne, Germany to preview the new Linkin Park album "A Thousand Suns", as well as later attend a press conference in which the attendees can ask them questions. It appears 1LIVE will be broadcasting the conference on their website. Check out the article below, and read the original article here.


    "Linkin Park will visit 1Live August 17th. For the first time ever, twenty 1Live listeners will get the chance to hear the new album. Also there will be an exclusive press conference at 1Live in Cologne. You can be part of it - either live at 1Live or via video stream on 1live.de.

    Linkin Park mastermind Mike Shinoda and bassist David “Phoenix” Farrell are visiting the 1Live studio and 20 fans are getting the exclusive possibility to hear the new album “A Thousand Suns” (release: September 10th). You can’t buy any tickets for this event. You can only win them on 1Live.

    Ask your questions at the fan press conference!
    Linkin Park are also doing an exclusive press conference at 5 pm. You can be part of that, too; via live video stream on 1live.de or directly at the station. No matter what’s on your mind – ask Linkin Park your question!     "

    I am very happy to see the guys in germany again.

    (Unfortunately i can not go to cologne next week)

    But I think they will do some more promotion here next week, let's see. :)

    I don't wanna hear previews, really, but I'd love to to hear thoughts on them and stuff. :)

    I try my best to get in. The radiostation is just 10mins away from my home and if I don't win through their hotline or Internet website, I'll try to sneak in :)


    And you can submit any questions to me here. I'll chose the best once and ask the band.

    I wonder if the other guys will be holding conferences like this in other countries.

    After a really quiet week or so, FINALLY something! I really really hope we somehow get our hands on some song previews PLEASEEEEE.

    Ana, if you don't get tickets you should so pull some ninja moves and crash that listening party :D

    Ana Can You Please Ask Them If They Are Going to preform in a countries They have never Been Before?
    Or You Can Ask Chester Why He PLay The Song hysteria on One Of The LPTV Episode? Can We See Cover Of That one?

    That's my birthday! Too bad I don't live in Germany =[ Hope they've included Hong Kong in their Asia Tour list, have been here two times, their show back in 2007 was the best day of my life!

    besides I didnt win the tickets for the 30stm concert at 1live (same studio) but I made a way into...well okay I asked jared leto from 30stm but anyway I know where the only entry to the building is...:ninja:

    Okay Ill definately ask for Figure.09/FTI transition to be played. and I have another (funny) question: both should look up on twitter how many notifications they have. I really want to know that :D

    I will also try to get my GLXS poster signed, and Ill give dave the original potrait I drew of him (he posted a picture on twitter of the copy)... and I'll write down all the good questions from the LPA, who knows maybe Mike will take some time to answer them all (since he loves the LPA :)

    Im gonna call the hotline through 4 different phones...I never had the luck to get through with one call...

    dont mention a specific country...
    but fine anyway here from israle we cant get a chance like you guys have to see/tallk to them.
