    The tracklisting for Hoobastank's upcoming sophomore record, The Reason, has been released.

    .05 Just One
    .06 Lucky
    .07 From The Heart
    .08 The Reason
    .09 Let It Out
    .10 Unaffected
    .11 Never There
    .12 Disappear

    The disc will land in stores on December 9th.

    Me and Will are debating, is Hoobastank punk or hard rock? I say hard rock. Just listen to "Crawling in the Dark" and "Running Away" and even the new track "Out of Control". Those are pure hard rock songs from a hard rock band.

    Judging by their singles, I would say they are hard rock. I am not much of a fan of Hoobastank though, so I haven't heard any of their songs except for their singles. I probably should listen to more of their songs before I can give a definite opinion on them, eh?

    In most opinion I'm going with Hard Rock, but to mean it dosent matter what type of band's music are just as long as I like the music... :lol:

    Hoobastank's pretty good, they remind me a lot of Incubus

    i think they are more like punk than hard rock. hard rock is like staticx , cradle of filth, Stone sour. but they are still good.

    all of those bands are metal. trust company are hard rock, for example.
