Today's mix comes from forum member toxicbszone, also known on YouTube as StrobelightBeats. Toxic infused guitar and violin into the song alongside an underlying vocoder beat, which makes it one of the more unique remixes we've yet to hear.

Great job, toxic! Feel free to pass along your indabamusic referral link so we can share it with our visitors!

Nice. I really like the guitar in this. Goes well with the song. Awesome job!

I think a remix like this has the best shot of winning. The whole theme of ATS seems to be crazy, unique music. So using a vocoder to make weird effects and pitch-shifting and things like that are probably a plus.

I like this. You could do a mash up with this and Snoop Dogg's Sensual Seduction. The outro is fantastic!

On another note, make sure to look out for Xefusion's remix of TC!

    Strangely Tranquil...

I don't use strangely in a bad sense at all either! All the parts, as processed as they may be (Especially the vocal manipulation) sit really well and create a very nice, smooth mix. The atmosphere you have created here is very unique, and also consistent through-out the piece. A job very well done, i enjoyed listening!

I love this! It's one of my favorites so far! The distortion on the vocals is great...and Mike said to "make the most of the stems", which you definitely did. And I love how in the video it's just zooming in and out...it was very relaxing :)

This is pretty decent but personally, I would have started with the distorted vocals and then work up to the normal vocals. That's just me though. Good job still!

    Geez, awesome stuff!

Was just checking out the Indaba site, and there is SO MUCH HATE being thrown around, between voters and competitors. People commenting all over the top tracks simply to say their stuff is better -_-

Just hoping LP don't pick some ass whose badmouthed their way to the top.

It's good but I think to win this, it needs to be REALLY different.
From all the ones that have been mentioned here at LPA, they've all been good and professionally mixed. However,
I must admit, they all kind of sound the same. The only difference would be the instruments used. I think to WIN, it
needs to be really UNIQUE to the point where you go, whoa this doesn't sound like any of the previous entries. Think about
it, it's going on an LP album which the band has worked for months (more like years). It needs to be out of this world UNIQUE!

Not trying to discourage anyone here but I think it needs to be at the level of the band. Yes, the bar is set high but it ain't impossible right?

I don't think the ones we have featured sound the same. ALivingGrudge only used the drum track from the stems, and comparing Keaton's to this one & DaveCNewton's is odd as it is incredibly different. I supoose Dave's & this one is similar in that they both feature a guitar, and work with a similar structure, but that's all. I see what you mean though and to win this it does need to be something really different, but we can only feature what is posted in our submissions thread. There's plenty to get through and we'll try to mix it up as we go through them.
