Without giving anything away (that's called spoiling people ) or any stuff like that? To whoever has seen the From the Inside video...what is your opinions about the video so that when other people get the chance to see it, they have a better sense of it! ok, the video's barely 3 minutes long. that's hardly any time for content, much less spoiling that content for other people edit: but the video is cool. and dont put any links to the video, or ask for it in the thread. trying to have a clean, legal discussion.
The video is amazing. My interpretations is that the chorus directly relays with the concept. Spoiler Alert: (highlight) The little kid could be Chester's inner feelings/concious and when he's taking everything from the inside and throwing it all away, that's personified by the kid screaming out and knocking everyone over. The kid is releasing Chester's bottled up hate in the bridge, and it has been such a long period of the anger building up that everyone gets affected by his explosion of feelings. ^anyways, that's my interpretation. it may sound crazy.^
I'm just completely blown away by this video. heh Mr. Hahn is my hero And I really liked the performance by Chester - if I had to guess, I would say that "From The Inside" is his favorite song off the album or at least means the most to him. He seemed really into the song. Phoenix went all out with his performance, too - a total rocker (you'll understand if you see it). The kid kinda creeped me out at first :wth: but it's all good. By far, my fave video by LP.
Truth be told, yes it kind of p*sses me off whenever my favorite song off a CD gets played to hell as a single...such case with this one, but when they make a video thats better than the one floating in your head...thats better!
Same here, my favorite songs from Meteora happen to be Faint and Numb too, but anyways.......Yeah the FTI video rules! I love the whole Akira vibe it has.
I have seen the video and I would have to say it is the most amazing video i have ever seen, i honestly think this one is their best. Well done LP
Overall, it's an excellent video. The concept is original, the filming is good, what else can they do?
''From The Inside'' is without a doubt the best song off of meteora! that is my opinion atleast...but i think it really describes the intensity of the album and the cinematic feel....linkin park really has their music put togethor. my favorite part of the video would be seeing joe on the turntable scrathcing with so much intensity to reach the climax while chester is screaming ''ill take everything from the inside'' ...WOW its just incredible...i really love meteora! personally i think its just as good as hybrid theory...like i think many people miss the style and feel of hybrid theory...but its not a negative thing...the way linkin park has evolved from ''hybrid thoery'' to ''meteora'' i think is more mature and epic in a sense that ''meteora'' brought a new dynamic side to the band...meteora will be remembered the way hybrid theory was...it will be great to soon experience another album in the future...but im by far impressesd with meteora... i feel it should get another album of the year award. It sounds whacked...but meteora has lived up to hybrid theory, if not greater! anyways i cant wait for ''Live In Texas'' that will be a an outstanding DVD! it will be a quite the rush watching it for the first time...and hopefully every other time after that...lol im taking all this soo far...anyway i better shut up now...psout
