    Headliners:
    AC/DC (friday)
    Rage Against The Machine (saturday)
    Aerosmith (sunday)

AC/DC is the only band I'd really like to see in that list, and I'd have to be heavily drunk to get maximum enjoyment out of that.

It's not very appealing to me either so far.

Sonisphere looks much better thus far.

The artist choice is somewhat eclectic. A couple make sense performing together but it's mostly a wtf?

I like all of those bands except for Volbeat who i have never heard of. Of course it doesn't compare to Sonisphere. There's no way to get bigger than the Big Four.

Wolfmother is actually pretty decent live. I saw them once 3 years ago.

Love Deftones. Like Bullet a lot and don't mind a bit of Acca Dacca. The rest aren't really for me.

Wow. Normally Download has some amazing lineups, but so far this is looking pretty crap, in my opinion.

The lineup isn't very relevant. You'd think they'd get some newer bands that people haven't seen two trillion times before. The only new band is a supergroup...

Rage Against The Machine and Aerosmith confirmed as other headliners. 5 more bands to be announced a little bit later.

EDIT: Those 5 bands have been announced as 30 Seconds To Mars, Lamb Of God, Stone Sour, Billy Idol and Five Finger Death Punch.
