Linkin Park to Co-headline Epicenter '09

    Linkin Park will be co-headliners with Tool at the first ever Epicenter '09 at Fairplex in Pomona, CA on Saturday, August 22nd. Other artists included are Alice in Chains, Wolfmother, Atmosphere, Hollywood Undead, Atreyu, Street Sweeper Social Club, Aesop Rock, Sonny and more to be announced in the coming weeks.

    LPU members will be able to purchase pre-sale tickets beginning Tuesday, June 23rd at 10AM (PDT). Tickets go on sale to the public on Saturday, June 27th via Ticketmaster at 10AM (PDT). Visit http://epicenterfestival.com/ for more info.

    Dude I wish i lived in Cali. All I would neeed to hear is Linkin Park to go but when you throw Hollywood Undead and Atreyu onto the bill makes me wanna go more

    Linkin Park and Tool are my 2nd and 3rd favorite bands! If only I lived anywhere near California...

    Yeah mixing LP and Tool and pick one to play last over the other? I don't know about that.

    I'm not holding my breath for new Tool material. Here's hoping for LP stuff though.

    Street Sweeper is great live, too.

    You're right, although I was thinking more along the lines of how it seemed like a strange mix of artists in general, or at least it did to me. It is kind of Projekt Revolution-ish though, come to think of it.
