This is possibly the most ridiculously over-PC thing I've ever heard of.

 

This only represents everything that's wrong with America's justice lawsuit system. At least it'll probably be thrown out at first hearing.

It is obvious she was pretending to be Asian, it is silly for her to act innocent on that. But she shouldn't be charged for it. She should be allowed to mock any ethnic group as much as she wants- as long as she doesn't call for action against them. Free speech and freedom of expression.

 

Where did you read she's acting innocent?

Anyway, I'm pretty sure three of those dudes are the Jonas Brothers, so they should be sued as well.

As Will said, there's an Asian guy sitting right there. Everyone in that damn picture is squinting. She's the only one just pulling her eyes back, besides the guy sitting next to her. I think that they were all goofing around, possibly making silly Asian jokes about their friend sitting on the couch with them. Srsly.

 

I am not saying she was trying to insult Asians. I am sure she was just fooling around, along with the rest of them. I just meant she was knowingly mimicking Asians. I don't think it should be illegal to do that though, it just seems silly of her to say they were all making squinty-eyed faces without thinking of Asians at all.

 

I never see Kayce (Minus Xero) get worked up about Asian jokes worth $4 billion.

They're kids, they aren't going to kill Asians when one is sitting next to them and is having fun also.
