An old boarding pass from a Delta flight from Cincinnati to St. Louis. Maybe I'll retire it and replace it with the United St. Louis to Chicago or Chicago to London boarding pass I'll have in 2 months. Since the book I'm currently reading (well, haven't actually read it since that Delta flight back in April. I fail) is Barack Obama's The Audacity of Hope, it would be more appropriate to have something with Chicago on it.
Explain? I usually use any little piece of paper that's around. Or a piece of a tissue. I DO have a nice bookmark somewhere though.
Anything and everything, lol. I never find my bookmarks when I need them, so I use whatever I find. Though I mostly just memorise the page number.
I used to have a really nice bookmark, one of those fancy ones with the tassel and everything. I've got no idea what happened to it.
I've had loads of those over the years that I've lost. The one I have now is basically a strip of card with a Malcolm X quote (about how he started reading while he was in prison) printed on it.
This ancient picture of a grinning me when I was about 3 years old, ironing a litle t-shirt with my fake iron with my mom in the bakground who's actually ironing for real, and she's wearing this god awful green skirt.
well i usually put a sheet of paper between the pages..but currently i have a nailfile with cute colorful smilies on it
